Smt. Aarti Khosla (I.R.A.S, 1962 batch) was a stalwart of the service who began her career in AG Office (Srinagar, Kashmir), Northern Railway, ED (Loans and Finance) Railway Board and had a distinguished career of more than 30 years. She held various prestigious positions including deputation as Joint Secretary DOPT, Joint Secretary Welfare and Additional Secretary DOPT wherein she was instrumental in issuing various policy guidelines (example Posting of husband and wife at same station etc). She left for her heavenly abode on 21-01-2025 and leaves behind 2 daughters and 3 grandsons.
